NANO FUEL CATALYST PROTOCOL
The effectiveness of this product is dependent on several actions that
you control. We will first need some information from you in order
to accomplish several required tasks to get this process started.
- We must establish a current baseline for each of your vehicles
or equipment to be used before we get started. This simply means
you must document each vehicle’s baseline fuel mileage and its baseline
EPA emissions values. If this information is not readily known
then a quick test can be run to establish these performance baselines
for each vehicle. Once established, this will give you almost immediate
feedback on the NANO Fuels Catalyst impact on your equipment fuel savings.
Additionally, after adding this catalyst to your fuel for several weeks
the resultant decrease in your across the board emissions will be both
verifiable and remarkable.
- While you collect your vehicle data we will start by testing
a fresh fuel sample from your fuel supply. This testing allows
us to determine your specific fuels composition and additives
which provides us the information necessary to tailor our NANO Fuels
Catalyst for your fleet operations.
- We will start providing
product and determine the ratio of catalyst to fuel mixture that
will start yielding immediate and long term performance enhancements.
- We
can interface with your fuels personnel and help establish some
training and oversight but after we are gone your quality assurance program
and internal training will be a vital part of your success. Just remember, "MORE
IS NOT BETTER".
- Next, you should establish an operations baseline
performance for each vehicle. These baselines can be monitored
and will quickly point to any significant decrease in mileage
performance. Normally, this change will be noted with a change
in your fuel supply, like the additive differences in your fuel
supplier's
winter versus summer blends. If differences are noted send us
a fresh fuel sample to test and we can quickly determine what
changes need to be made.
- Finally, an area that is very important is monitoring catalyst
mixing ratios
to ensure standardization in this important process. Small performance
differences maybe noted on different routes and of course different
driver techniques. Overall good use of cruise control on long
haul trips will improve vehicle performance. Despite these factors
that can produce small differences all your vehicles will show
valuable improvement and cost saving at the pump.
NOT TOO COMPLICATED, BUT QUALITY, STANDARDIZATION
AND
TRAINING ARE IMPORTANT!
